These Terms and Conditions of Sale define the contractual rights and obligations between LPR Motors, operator of the website lpr-motors.fr, and any person making a purchase via the site.
Any order placed implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.
However, photographs and visuals have no contractual value.
Prices are displayed in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs.
LPR Motors reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rate in effect at the time of order confirmation.
An order is confirmed when the customer validates the cart and proceeds with payment.
A confirmation email is sent to the customer summarizing the order.
LPR Motors reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a prior dispute.
Payments can be made via:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- PayPal
- Bank transfer (when available)
The order will be shipped once payment has been received and validated.
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order.
Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on the carrier and product availability.
In case of delay, no compensation can be claimed from the seller.
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The product must be returned in its original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, manual, etc.).
Return costs are borne by the customer.
A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
⚠️ Exception: electrical, electronic, or customized parts are neither returnable nor exchangeable.
All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 and following of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).
LPR Motors cannot be held liable for improper use, incorrect assembly, or modification of a purchased product.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the compatibility of parts with their vehicle.
Information collected when placing an order is necessary for order processing.

All elements of the site (texts, images, logos, etc.) are the exclusive property of LPR Motors and are protected by intellectual property law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the competent court will be that of the defendant’s residence or, at the customer’s choice, the place of delivery of the product.
